Description

Adapted for non-intact teams, this program helps individuals better understand, internalize, and apply the principles of The Five Behaviors model and to foster communication that can be used throughout an organization. Personal Development was designed specifically to work for individuals; participants do not all need to be part of the same team. 

This half-day program is designed to be delivered in a classroom setting of up to 30 participants, or virtually for up to 15 participants, regardless of how well they know one another.

Course Includes

  • A computer-adaptive, psychological assessment
  • Personal Development Profile and one-on-one Comparison Reports
  • Half-day facilitation that includes activities, video, and a handout, plus two optional activities

Learning Objectives

This half-day program is designed to help individuals understand how they score on the key components of the Five Behaviors model. Participants have the opportunity to: 

  • Gain an introduction to the Five Behaviors model 
  • Explore key drivers of trust
  • Understand different approaches to conflict and explore healthy and productive debate
  • Explore the impact of commitment on team performance
  • Examine the role of accountability in teams 
  • Understanding the need to focus on collective results
