Course Agenda

The agenda on Accelerate Results includes three modules designed to better prepare participants to lead change.

  • Module 1: Elements of a Win Strategy

    Wins, both big and small, are shaped by our actions, environment, and mindset. In this module, you’ll learn to identify obstacles to achieving wins and develop a roadmap for success. The model you’ll explore covers leading, generating, discovering, celebrating, and communicating wins effectively.

  • Module 2: Activating a Winning Mindset

    A sense of urgency around a Big Opportunity drives wins by answering the question, “What are we striving towards?” Clear understanding and belief in the future vision foster the mindset essential for effective change. Put simply: the message is crucial. In this module, you’ll learn how to shift people from “won’t” to “will” by cultivating a winning mindset.

  • Module 3: The Practice of Winning

    Module 3: The Practice of Winning Our research and client work consistently highlight the importance of achieving early, standout results as a catalyst for change. In this module, you’ll explore the essential elements for generating impactful, short-term wins and strategies for reaching ambitious, results-driven goals.

    Angelo is a business psychologist, advisor and facilitator with experience supporting clients across public sector to develop and execute strategy including the National Digital Strategy, Public Service Reform. With over 25 years global experience in L&D, his human capital development work focuses on building critical human and organisational capabilities in change, innovation and sustainability leadership. He works with executive and senior leadership teams across a range of sectors. Angelo holds an Honours Degree in Psychology, a Masters Degree in Business Administration and an MSc in Occupational Psychology. He is a Chartered Psychologist in Ireland and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in the UK.
