    Participants learn how to create true urgency, and practice how to keep people energized about change. They explore how to identify, recruit, engage, and equip a set of people to serve as a Guiding Coalition – spearheading the coordination of efforts over the course of the change.

  • Selling Your Case For Change

    Participants learn how to craft an inspiring vision, and practice techniques that will allow them to win over even the biggest skeptics by more effectively navigating the objections throw at them.

  • Essential Change Toolkit

    Participants learn how to identify barriers to change – both the immediate and the persistent – and what they can do to remove those barriers so that they and others are empowered to act more effectively.

  • Accelerating Results

    Participants learn how to build momentum around, reinforce, and sustain change through the practice of generating, discovering, communicating, and celebrating wins. They discover why wins are so important and how to use them to accelerate and embed change.

  • Achieving Lasting Change

    Participants learn how to assess the progress of their transformation, analyze how much further they still need to go, and evaluate systems and processes to ensure they reinforce – and do not detract from – the transformed organization. Leverage the power of storytelling and case studies to institute change.

    Angelo is a business psychologist, advisor and facilitator with experience supporting clients across public sector to develop and execute strategy including the National Digital Strategy, Public Service Reform. With over 25 years global experience in L&D, his human capital development work focuses on building critical human and organisational capabilities in change, innovation and sustainability leadership. He works with executive and senior leadership teams across a range of sectors. Angelo holds an Honours Degree in Psychology, a Masters Degree in Business Administration and an MSc in Occupational Psychology. He is a Chartered Psychologist in Ireland and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in the UK.
