ANGELO MCNEIVE

Head of Change Practice

ANGELO is a business psychologist, facilitator and co-founder of STEPSTONE Consulting. He has nearly twenty-five years consulting, organisational and leadership development experience in both the private and public sectors. His wide international experience includes engagements with blue-chip clients in the UK, Holland, Norway, Australia, Tanzania, Canada and the US.

 

Angelo’s sectoral experience includes government, professional services, natural resources, tourism, engineering services, financial services, and energy. Since 2001, he has worked extensively across the public sector in Ireland and the EU, including with a wide array of central government departments, local government, state agencies and commercial semi-states.

His focus areas include: change and project management capability, innovation management and culture change.

 

Angelo holds an Honours Degree in Psychology, a Masters Degree in Business Administration and an MSc in Occupational Psychology. He is a Chartered Psychologist in Ireland and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in the UK.

 

Angelo is a Prosci Certified Advanced Change Management Instructor and Change Practitioner. He is also a Certified Everything DiSC Workplace® Facilitator and Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Accredited Facilitator.

Phil is a facilitator, executive coach and co-founder of STEPSTONE Consulting with over twenty-five years management, leadership and people development experience. During the last eighteen years in learning and development, Phil has delivered hundreds of programmes in Ireland and the UK for leading private and public sector organisations.

 

Over the previous eleven years with the Bank of Ireland group he held various management roles in the retail business. His sectoral experience includes financial services, SMEs, professional services, government and retail. Phil has taught management at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. His focus areas include: culture, leadership and management development, facilitation and coaching.

Phil holds an Honours Degree in Business, a Masters Degree in Business Administration, a Graduateship in Marketing from the Marketing Institute of Ireland, a National Diploma in Personnel Management and a Graduate Diploma in Executive Coaching. He is a member of the Irish Institute of Training and Development (IITD) and the Marketing Institute of Ireland (MII).

 

Phil is a Prosci Certified Change Management Pracitioner and a certified NLP Master Practitioner (Neuro Linguistic Programming).  He is a Certified Everything DiSC Workplace® Facilitator and is certified to administer EQi Bar on Emotional Intelligence.

EOIN FLAVIN

Head of Innovation Practice

EOIN is a professional innovator and pioneer in international best practices. He has 30 years experience in industry as an innovation leader, director, advisor and consultant. Eoin’s sectoral experience includes B2B Services, Healthcare, Textiles, Technical & regulated commercial markets.

 

Eoin has extensive expertise in Innovation, Quality & Risk Management, Product, Process & Business Development, and New-market Launches. He has led significant innovations in medical devices, cleanroom & facility management sectors. He has been responsible for authoring European standards, developing first-in-industry accreditations and creating international certification schemes.

Eoin’s focus areas include: innovation management, culture change and team development.

Eoin holds an Honours Degree in Psychology and represents Ireland in International Standards development through participation in advisory committees nationally and internationally. He advises industries and individual enterprises on systems development for innovation, quality and regulatory compliance. He is also a trained facilitator, auditor and trainer.
