This workshop sets a foundation for change management deployment success where you will, for example, assess your organisation's maturity level and review your change capability deployment plan.
On a quarterly basis we will assess progress on your deployment plan, diagnose gaps and assess emerging needs and create action plans.
We will assist you to annually assess your organisation's change maturity and adjust goals in line with change capability.
You will receive monthly check-ins from your Change Advisor and have access to on-demand support.
