With over 75,000 practitioners worldwide, the Prosci Methodology you will learn is based on more than two decades of industry research.
On Day 1 we establish a strong foundation for your learning by explaining the why, what and who of change management. You will explore the Prosci PCT and ADKAR models, two foundational models for change success. We introduce you to Prosci's Hub Solution Suite and begin applying the Prosci 3-Phase Process to your project in Phase 1 - Prepare Approach.
On Day 2 you will complete the application of Phase 1 - Prepare Approach by defining your approach in five key areas. We move into Phase 2 - Manage Change where you will learn how to develop specific change plans and to track performance from a change perspective.
On Day 3 we explore how to adapt change manage activities as you execute your plans. In Phase 3 - Sustain Outcomes we explore how to plan for and deliver the benefits intended from your project. You will deliver your project presentation and gain valuable feedback from your peers. We cap the program with your graduation!
Creating unforgettable and engaging experiences for our clients is one of Prosci’s core values. This is an intensive, immersive experience. You will need to be online for approximately 8 hours each day during the dedicated class time. In addition, you will need to complete approximately 1 hour of self-study on Day 1 and Day 2.

He draws on over twenty-five years research, consulting and organisational development experience in both the private and public sectors to bring the program to life. His global experience as a business psychologist and facilitator ensures a program that is relevant for participants from a wide range of professional backgrounds, engaged in diverse change projects. Angelo is a Chartered Psychologist in Ireland and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in the UK.
