In this highly interactive and stimulating workshop we explore:

  • Defining change management within the context of a project

    In this module we define change management from a project manager's perspective. We establish the intent, objectives, scope, work streams, milestones, deliverables and timelines associated for change management.

  • Integrating project management and change management

    In this module we explore how to effectively integrate these complementary disciplines across three dimensions: people, processes and tools.

  • Cost-benefit analysis

    In this module we discuss what it takes to get started, the payoff of effectively applying change management on your projects and how to build support for change management.

He draws on over twenty-five years research, consulting and organisational development experience in both the private and public sectors to bring the program to life.
